Grosvenor Asbestos Solutions is a fully insured, trained, approved and experienced asbestos removal, surveying & compliance business based in Sale, South Manchester, operating throughout the North-West (and beyond). Using over 20 years asbestos consultancy experience, Grosvenor Asbestos Solutions work within commercial, industrial, public sector premises and also the domestic housing sector. 

We focus on completing remedial works on the lower risk asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) such as cement, floor tiles, artex, etc. and as such we can offer a more cost-effective solution to asbestos problems, whatever the size of project.

Our surveying teams have vast experience in accessing and inspecting any type of premises and we can tailor our surveys to fit the requirements of your project.  Our reports are easy to understand and make identification of the ACMs on site easy, and any follow-on works can then be simplified and completed effectively.

Very smooth and efficient service.
Ceiling with Artex (contained Asbestos) was removed. New ceiling was reinstated (re-boarded and skimmed). I would highly recommend Grosvenor Asbestos Solutions, all of the above was completed in a couple of days. Very smooth and efficient service.
