Expected Delivery Times
As long as your order is placed before 15:00, Monday to Friday then it is likely to be shipped the same day (subject to security checks).
Orders placed after 15:00 during the week or at anytime throughout the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Although we always try our best to meet these delivery time expectations, if there is ever a delay we’ll immediately email you to explain what has happened and let you know when to expect your order.
Delivery times for Mainland UK are within 1-2 working days. We dispatch all orders by 1st Class Royal Mail, so cannot be responsible for delivery delays after this.
You should allow a little extra delivery time if you live in the Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland.
Our Returns Policy
We understand that circumstances change and you may want to return your order and apply for a refund – we’ve made sure that this process is as simple as it can be. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We allow 28 days after receipt of your order to return it to us for any reason. In the first instance please email email@example.com and let us know of your intention to return your purchase.
The product that you return must be in ‘as new’ condition including all packaging. We’ll refund you minus any postage costs once the item has been received back by us.
When you return an item we cannot be responsible for any items that get lost in the post. For this reason we would recommend that you use a service such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery which ensures that the item is both tracked and signed for. This service also offers you a level of insurance, should for any reason the item not reach us.
If for any reason you have a need to return an item that is not in “as new” condition then we may return the item to you, or only offer a partial refund.
